Site Closure Manager

Location: Mediterranean Region (Extensive Travel Required)

Contract: 12-Month Rolling Contract

About the Role:

We are recruiting an experienced Site Closure Manager to support the final commissioning and handover across the Mediterranean region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and completing outstanding punch list items, coordinating site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in customer inspections and site acceptance activities.
• Review, validate, and manage outstanding snagging and punch list items.
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical adjustments, repairs, and corrective actions when applicable.
• Complete minor remedial works and quality improvements where appropriate.
• Determine the most effective method of resolving outstanding issues, either personally or by coordinating specialist teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate materials, suppliers, and site resources to ensure timely completion of works.
• Monitor progress and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Drive projects through to Final Acceptance and support the release of retention milestones.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the onshore wind industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, or Site Manager.
• Comfortable working at height and climbing wind turbines.
• Experience carrying out inspections, fault finding, corrective actions, and final quality checks.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple project locations.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Current GWO certification, including:
• Working at Heights
• First Aid
• Fire Awareness
• Full PPE and personal tooling required.
• Full driving licence.
• French language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Travel

This role requires extensive travel across the Mediterranean region, including projects in:

• France
• Portugal
• Italy
• Croatia
• Greece

Weekly travel between sites should be expected.

Please note that country-specific health and safety training may be required depending on the project location.
