Single Aisle FEM Stress Engineer (f/m)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Single Aisle FEM Stress Engineer (f/m) to join our Structure & Dynamic Systems Analysis department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing Single Aisle Supplier activities and will work within the Cabin Supplier Interface Team, helping secure aircraft deliveries on time and to quality.

Responsibilities

• Simulate structure behaviour using FEM codes, including Global and detailed modelling.
• Integrate loads and structural component FEM into global simulations.
• Coordinate structural FEM components and specify structural modelling rules.
• Perform verification, validation, and advanced numerical simulation to support structural analysis problems.
• Correlate full‑scale test data with FEM results to ensure model accuracy.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Aerospace or related technical field.
• Proven experience in Finite Element Analysis, advanced numerical simulation methods, and structural behaviour codes.
• Technical expertise in structural component integration, load integration, and modelling rule specification.
• Strong skills in verification, validation, and correlation of full‑scale test with FEM results.
• Professional proficiency in English to operate effectively within an international aerospace environment.
