Simulation Software Development Engineer (f/m) Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Simulation Software Development Engineer to join our Modeling & Simulation department based in Toulouse, France.
Job Overview
You will be part of a team that develops real-time simulation products for aircraft systems. Within the Simulation Frameworks team, you will be involved in the design, development and maintenance of Development & Runtime Environments that are at the heart of our Simulation Products, aimed at offering simulation solutions for system designers, operators of ground test facilities and simulators for pilot training.

Responsibilities
- Capture users’ needs to design reliable, competitive, long‑lasting and innovative solutions.
- Develop the Development and Runtime Software Environments for current and future Simulation Products.
- Maintain and continuously increase added value and knowledge of Simulation Environments.
- Identify operational and technological trends that may improve our simulation means and evaluate their potential.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in software development with languages such as C/C++, Rust, Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Bash.
- Curiosity, love of technical challenges, willingness to learn within a dynamic team.
- Ability to perform quick analyses and estimate workloads for product developments.
- English negotiation level; French is a plus.
