Simulation Product Engineer (f/m) – Modelling and Simulation Department, Toulouse, France

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Simulation Product Engineer to join the Modelling and Simulation Department in Toulouse. You will develop real‑time simulation products for the engineering community as part of the Integration Platforms team, managing and delivering simulation benches to provide state‑of‑the‑art simulation for aircraft programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and plan evolution of simulation products based on customer needs.
• Cascade requirements, schedule, and coordinate development of product subcomponents (simulation models, frameworks, electronic interfaces).
• Integrate and validate evolutions from a multi‑system standpoint to ensure product performance and representativeness.
• Deliver new products and associated documentation while providing technical support to customers.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve product policy and manage subcontracted or offshore activities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in engineering or applied computer science, capable of building virtual aircraft.
• Software troubleshooting knowledge involving Linux, C, and scripting.
• General understanding of aircraft systems (Flight Controls, Autopilot, Engines) and their integration.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
