Showroom Manager

Pyou , an international recruitment agency, is partnering with a leading Italian fashion company to recruit a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager for their showroom in Paris .

The company is a recognized player in the fashion sector, representing multiple international brands, including Italian and American labels.

This role represents an excellent opportunity for a retail professional passionate about fashion and sales management, eager to lead showroom operations and drive performance in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Paris showroom, including team supervision, scheduling, and staff development.
• Drive sales performance across all brands represented in the showroom, monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brand representatives.
• Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and fully aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate logistics, stock management, and merchandising activities across multiple brands.
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of showroom staff.
• Collaborate with headquarters and international teams for workshops, meetings, and brand visits.
• Occasionally attend sales campaigns and special events, with potential travel to Italy or the USA.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in showroom, retail, or luxury fashion management.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French , both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training, workshops, and brand visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing multi-brand showrooms or teams.
• Experience in high-end fashion or international retail environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
