Overview

Resolve issues and inquiries from customers in France and neighboring regions regarding robotic products, including troubleshooting and functional commissioning via on-site support, email, telephone, and remote tools.

Document technical issues reported by customers and corresponding solutions, update the product technical knowledge base, and optimize support processes.

Collaborate with R&D and production teams to share pain points and improvement suggestions from overseas customers during product usage, so as to drive product iteration and upgrading.

Provide technical training on robot operation and maintenance to overseas distributors or customers to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues and inquiries from customers in France and neighboring regions regarding robotic products, including troubleshooting and functional commissioning via on-site support, email, telephone, and remote tools.
  • Document technical issues reported by customers and corresponding solutions, update the product technical knowledge base, and optimize support processes.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to share pain points and improvement suggestions from overseas customers during product usage, so as to drive product iteration and upgrading.
  • Provide technical training on robot operation and maintenance to overseas distributors or customers to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or related majors.
  • 1–3 years of technical support experience in robotics or smart equipment; familiarity with robot motion control and sensor principles is preferred.
  • French and Chinese as working languages.
  • Proficient in remote debugging tools (e.g., TeamViewer), with strong problem analysis and solving skills; able to adapt to occasional cross-time-zone collaborative work.
  • Good customer service awareness, communication and coordination skills, strong ability to work under pressure, and capability to independently handle complex technical issues.
