Overview of the Post

Shop Manager role at Enable Ireland Furniture Shop, Galway City. Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the shop, motivating staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and maximise contribution to Enable Ireland’s services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the shop in line with agreed work plan and financial targets.
• Assist in training, supervising, and managing shop staff, both paid and voluntary.
• Ensure the shop’s appearance internally and externally is attractive to customers and aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience at manager/supervisor level.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
• Financial management ability.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Brand awareness.

Contract

Permanent full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Annual salary: €30,520 per annum, with a 2% profit share and bonus (pro‑rata) if targets are met.
