• Author a realistic product scenario from its brief through a polished interface.
• Write reference critiques covering hierarchy, spacing and interaction behavior.
• Judge generated UI for usability, visual quality and realistic user needs.
• Demonstrate practical Figma workflows including auto layout, reusable components and prototyping.

Experience and eligibility

At least two years of professional UI or UX design, hands-on depth in Figma or a comparable product-design tool, and a portfolio of shipped product or interface work are required. You need clear written English. Design systems, component libraries, broad research/interaction/visual practice and HTML/CSS or developer-handoff knowledge are preferred.

Deliverables and pay

Deliverables include design artifacts, scenario briefs, critiques and documented design decisions. You must be available for at least 10 hours per week; IXO will confirm the assignment and schedule before work.

Pay is $65 $130/hr in USD. Work is remote.
