Responsibilities

• Consolidate and increase customers portfolio on dry-bulk market.
• Increase turnover/operational result of the entity.
• Identify development opportunities on other market segments.
• Dry cargo brokering. Spot/time charter/COA negotiations.
• Consolidate and expand company customers portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop projects.
• Achieve target income for the company in line or beyond assigned financial objectives.

Qualifications

• + 5 years in shipping industry as dry-bulk shipbroker with an established network with the shipping industry.
• Experience within the Project and Breakbulk segment is a plus.
• Fluent English (written/verbal).
• Clients' management / building relationships / Interpersonal skills.
• Good ability to communication and negotiations.
• Ability to solve problems and seek for solutions.
• Entrepreneurial nature with strong personal drive to succeed.
