We are offering a permanent position on a 3×8 shift schedule in Saint-Marcellin (38)

Your assignment:
You make the necessary adjustments to start production runs. In this role, you will:
- Assemble and disassemble molds
- Make adjustments and/or fine-tune settings based on any deviations observed
- Initiate production runs or restart them
- Conduct visual and metrological quality checks at the start of each work order and during shift handoffs, as specified in the work instructions
- Complete the required documentation at the start, during, and end of production
- Ensure smooth operations in terms of productivity and quality
- Respond to machine alarms and requests for assistance from operators or the quality department
- Maintain the overall condition of all equipment
- Receive handover instructions from the previous shift and ensure a smooth handover to the next setter
- Follow waste sorting procedures
- Notify the Team Leader of any anomalies as soon as possible
- Provide advice and explanations to operators regarding equipment operation
Required skills:
- Vocational baccalaureate in plastics processing or equivalent level of experience gained through professional work
- Knowledge of first-level maintenance of machines and molds
- Experience with Demag , Engel , and Wittmann is preferred
