Services Sustainability Expert

Key Accountabilities

• Deploy methodologies for sustainability benefits quantification to reinforce business impact with offer teams
• Translate methodologies into sales and customer‑facing proof points & calculators
• Compliance and reporting: master and deploy required reporting and compliance requirements for the Services portfolio (e.g., Taxonomy, CSRD, customer requests, etc.)
• Define methodologies for sustainability benefits quantification to reinforce business impact

Communication & Decision‑Making Power

• 50% of the audience is internal stakeholders in Services functions & the sustainability community
• 50% of the audience is external for expertise and support
• Influence decision‑making through methodologies definition and deployment

Educational Background

• Bachelor in Business and/or Engineering and/or Sustainability
• Master in Project Management (a plus)

Professional Knowledge and Experiences

• More than 2 years of experience in SE and/or in the Services ecosystem
• More than 5 years of experience in sustainability data and regulations, including circularity and decarbonization
• Commercial / marketing experience is a plus
