Job Overview

Be the preferred commercial interface for customers during the operational phase (25 years) of their submarine telecom network. Negotiate sales contracts according to the objectives of the Services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure commercial management of contracts during and after the guaranteed period.
  • Identify and precisely define customer requirements.
  • Meet customer requirements/expectations, ensuring the optimization of costs and deadlines.
  • Prepare the submission of the offer with the help of ASN departments involved in the preparation and writing process.
  • Check that the final content of the offer is complete, integral and in line with internal policies and procedures.
  • Implement the bid submission and delivery process.
  • Organize and participate in the definition of the offer strategy after validation by Service management.
  • Obtain support and approvals from experts such as finance, taxes, legal, insurance, and logistics.
  • Ensure follow-up of actions requested by the customer.
  • Deal with recurring malfunctions observed during the life of the project until they are resolved.
  • Coordinate the response to the call for tenders to achieve internal objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations until the contract is signed and comes into effect, with the support of the Services Sales Director.
  • Contribute and be a source of proposals for the development of new services, maintaining ASN's presence in its market segment.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with existing customers.
  • Develop ASN's knowledge of the customer's organization, image, and contacts with the customer.
  • Coordinate ASN's commercial activity with the customer.
  • Keep customers informed of the progress of ASN's actions and obtain feedback from them on the actions taken by ASN.
  • Participate in International Conferences on the submarine market.

Profile Required

Training : Master's degree in science, international business, or similar experience.

Required Experience in the telecommunications sector or in the submarine network industry, complex sales mastery, excellent understanding of the submarine customers, players, and market.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and understanding of project financing solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of ASN's activities and products.
  • English and other languages of the region.
