- 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry ,
- Wide experience with ServiceNow (Business development activities) ,
- Pre-sales activities ,
- Client-facing business experience ,
- Proven track record in sales and sales enablement ,
- Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis ,
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology ,
- French + English speaker ,
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus ,
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
What the job involves
- Take lead role in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively ,
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators ,
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth ,
- Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed ,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy ,
- Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process ,
- Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings
