ServiceNow HR Business Analyst (HRSD) - 3months+

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HR Business Analyst to support functional studies, propose solutions, and interact with project teams and business stakeholders.

This is a 3 month rolling contract and you must speak fluent French and English language.

The Role

• Conduct functional and technical studies on ServiceNow HRSD modules
• Propose innovative solutions tailored to business needs
• Work on employee portal, communication microsites, campaigns, and analytics
• Collaborate with multiple project teams and business stakeholders
• Work in an Agile environment with strong autonomy
• Deliver quickly in a tight timeline requiring full focus and fast execution

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst/BA/Functional Analyst/Product Owner
• You have experience with ServiceNow HRSD
• You are proficient in French & English
• Available immediately
