We want you to be a part of our team, from Strasbourg , as a ServiceNow Expert – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) & Software Asset Management (SAM).

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Configure, maintain and optimize ServiceNow HAM and SAM functionalities.
• Support hardware and software asset lifecycle management.
• Manage asset records, software models, licences, entitlements and related data.
• Support software licence compliance, reconciliation and optimization.
• Ensure alignment between Asset Management and CMDB.
• Analyze and improve asset data quality.
• Troubleshoot HAM/SAM-related issues.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
• Gather technical and business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

The consultant must demonstrate experience in:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Strong experience with Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro).
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Good knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Experience with hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with software licence management, entitlements and reconciliation.
• Experience working in large or complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
