Hiring: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & CSM) | Toulouse, France

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a major enterprise transformation project in Toulouse, France. If you have strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, workflow automation, and integrations, this is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale ServiceNow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM & CSM modules
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and platform automations
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management
• Support upgrades, performance optimization, and platform enhancements
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and security guidelines

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM & CSM implementations
• Experience with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Integration Hub
• Strong stakeholder communication and Agile delivery experience

Certifications

Mandatory

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
