Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support ServiceNow CSM / CSM Pro
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Support implementation, configuration, and optimization activities
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing CSM processes
- Collaborate with business and technical xuezdbg stakeholders
Must Have
- Strong ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow CSM experience
- Strong CSM Pro knowledge
