ServiceNow Consultant - Legal Service Delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, including hands‑on experience with the Legal Service Delivery (LSD) module
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops with legal and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements through to go‑live
• Good understanding of legal department workflows and processes
• Ability to translate legal business needs into ServiceNow configurations, minimising custom development
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge legal teams and technical developers
• (Desirable) ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS or equivalent)
• (Desirable) Experience with adjacent ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM)

Job Description

• Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops with legal and business stakeholders
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow LSD implementations
• Translate legal department requirements into ServiceNow configurations and user stories
• Configure the ServiceNow LSD module in line with agreed requirements and best practices
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria
• Provide guidance and recommendations on Service

  Now out‑of‑the‑box capabilities to minimise technical debt

  Collaborate with technical developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Produce technical and functional documentation
• Support change management and end‑user adoption activities
