What You Will Do
Assist clients in the construction of new business and IT processes, contribute to implementation projects, ensure the quality and stability of the solution, and accompany change management.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience on implementation, deployment, or evolution projects of ServiceNow modules.
- Functional expertise in a business domain.
- Mastery of the ServiceNow solution and its different modules.
- Mastery of two of the following modules: ITSM / SPM / HRSD / CSM / FSM / ITOM / IRM / CRM.
- Good knowledge of the ITIL methodological framework.
- Mastery of the Product approach and Agile methodological frameworks is a plus.
