Define target architecture on ServiceNow, design modular solutions, pilot governance of the platform, and lead delivery teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow, including 2 years in ServiceNow architecture
• Professional English
• Daily user of AI in a professional context
• Entrepreneurial appetite
• Good overall vision of the information system
• Master of the Now Platform in a very advanced way
• Strong expertise on the deployment of transverse business solutions (HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps) and the valorization of data
• Mastery of the platform's AI capabilities (predictive intelligence, GenAI / Now Assist, Virtual Agent)
• Master of cloud architecture patterns, complex ecosystem integration (API-first, pub/sub), and security (OAuth2, SAML, mTLS)
• Good leadership and communication skills
