Role Summary: /ppbr /The Precision Assembler will be responsible for the preparation of assembly work and documentation. This position will also assemble a variety of equipment and tools and perform test requirements. Additionally, the Precision Assembler will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during any repair process. This person will have access to the most modern materials and tools at our facility to accomplish these expectations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to our customers. /pullip

You will be responsible for the careful disassembly, cleaning, inspection and skilled repair/rebuild of control valves, butterfly valves, ball- and plug valves and pneumatic actuators using OEM parts. /p /lilip

The tasks are multifaced, also because each type of valve entails a different working method. /p /lilip

You are able to test (control) valves and appendages, using various testing equipment. /p /lilip

You will support our Field Service Technician, to perform work on location, when required. /p /lilip

You will draft clear inspection/repair reports to advise and justify the scope of work. /p /lilip

You are willing to travel 5-10% of your time, willing to work overtime as required on short notice /p /li /ul p

In this role you will report to our Regional Supervisor Field Service

Service Coordinator and as a team we are responsible for further optimizing the service

repair processes. /ppbr /b

Your profile: /b /pp

You feel at home in a dynamic, commercial and technical work environment. You are entrepreneurial, customer- and service-oriented and possess good communication skills. /p ullip

Technical diploma ( BAC+2 or equivalent) with preferably minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. /p /lilip

You are competent and driven. /p /lilip

Strong expertise in industrial valves ( control and regulation) technical lead within the team. /p /lilip

You are a team player but also used to working independently. /p /lilip

Furthermore, you are accurate, flexible, customer-oriented and think in terms of solutions. /p /lilip

You have good documentation skills regarding reports and other records. /p /lilip

You are willing to follow training abroad. /p /lilip

You have a good command of the French and technical English level. /p /li /ul
