Your mission: optimize our client’s wind farms during their life cycle, ensuring the maximum capacity of the wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance for clients, following Quality, Safety and Environment standards.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and control operation of different elements at all stages of intervention.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to current rules or work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines. Report interventions.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering certified by BZEE if possible.
• Ideally 2‑5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity, with high voltage knowledge.
• Knowledge of technical English (written/spoken) and familiarity with Office Pack.
• Enthusiastic contact with customers regarding completed and upcoming service and repairs.
• Motivated, autonomous, results‑oriented, innovative.
• Mobility required; trips are planned for the activity.
• Good communication, team spirit.
• Solid commitment to safety in general and in the work environment, ability to work at height.
