Service Technician

Base Pay Plus Commission $60,000.00 - 90,000.00 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide a world‑class customer experience. Utilize a proven service/sales process to determine each customer’s unique needs and lead them through the right solutions to accomplish their goals.
• Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information. Provide timely, relevant follow‑up.
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

Job Requirements

• Good mechanical/technical skills
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing role
• A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent Quality 1st Basements with integrity at all times
• Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team‑oriented work environment
• Clean driver’s license
