Service Sales Driver

The Impact You'll Make

You will drive the growth of Danfoss' lifecycle service business across EMEA by helping customers maximize uptime, performance, and reliability. Through service agreements, lifecycle spare parts programs, and value-added service offerings, you will create long-term value for customers and sustainable growth for Danfoss.

As the commercial lead for service opportunities, you will work across OEM, distributor, service partner, and end-customer channels to strengthen Danfoss' position as a trusted lifecycle partner.

Your ability to connect customer needs with service solutions will help increase recurring revenue while supporting customers in improving operational performance and reducing total cost of ownership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop lifecycle service solutions that help customers improve uptime, efficiency, and asset performance.
• Drive growth of service contracts, lifecycle spare parts programs, and extended service offerings across the installed base.
• Identify service opportunities and convert installed-base potential into long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
• Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and service partners to expand service penetration and customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Service Operations and partner teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, technical B2B sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of industrial service offerings and lifecycle value creation.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling commercial value propositions.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, service partners, and end customers.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and pipeline management capabilities.
