Responsibilities
- Client relationship management and coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the end customer and our internal teams
- Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with customers and management teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively escalate needs or incidents
- Coordinate deliveries with our external partners
- Ensure compliance with commitments for schedule, cost and quality
- Track service requests and oversee incident resolution
- Manage administrative contract follow-up
- Ensure compliance with public procurement procedures
- Oversee project financial tracking (purchase orders, monthly billing, collections)
Requirements
- Security clearance or eligibility for security clearance by the authorities
- French nationality
- Proven experience in service project management (telecommunications or defense sector)
- Strong financial management skills and experience tracking purchase orders
- Knowledge of the military environment and military codes
- Technical skills in software development (VBA, SQL, Shell)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a demanding environment
