Service Manager /Responsable SAV Allemagne

Job Description

As a Service Manager Germany, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the operational and technical activities of the After-Sales Service in Germany
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising field service technicians
• Monitoring warranties, contracts, and technical interventions
• Providing technical support for complex diagnostics
• Participating in customer meetings and monitoring SAV contracts
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality
• Monitoring SAV performance indicators (KPIs, costs, availability)
• Preparing activity reports and administrative follow-up
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Participating in continuous improvement actions for SAV processes
• Managing ERP / CRM / CMMS tools and the ticketing system
