Service Engineer France (m/f/d)

As a Service Engineer France, your primary mission will be to support local Level 2 customer service activities and provide technical expertise for on-site commissioning and troubleshooting. Acting as a key technical contact, you will work closely with distributors, installers, and internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will also support Level 1 hotline teams by handling escalated cases at Level 2 and providing technical guidance where needed. Your contribution will play an important role in supporting growth of GoodWe and strengthening our reputation as a Tier 1 service provider in France.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for customers, distributors, and installers.
• Support on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical interventions.
• Assist the Level 1 hotline team with escalated technical issues and ongoing technical guidance.
• Deliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers, both remotely and on-site.
• Analyse product issues and elevate complex cases to Level 3 support when required.
• Work closely with local sales and service teams.
• Ensure service activities are delivered in line with KPIs and customer satisfaction standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service tools, processes, and technical documentation.

Your Profile

• Degree, certification, or equivalent technical background in electrical engineering, communication technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and motivation to contribute to the growth of GoodWe Europe.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical issues in a structured and customer-oriented manner.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, commissioning, or field service within a technical environment.
• Experience working with international teams and customers is an advantage.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in solar PV, inverters, energy storage, or utility sectors is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support and commissioning activities.
