Service Delivery Manager, SOC

Responsibilities

• Support the development of proposals and lead pre-sales activities
• Contribute to the preparation and presentation/defense of service proposals
• Provide the necessary expertise to ensure consistency of technical, operational and financial assumptions
• Represent the company to clients during proposal presentation phases
• Identify new requirements and business opportunities
• Manage SOC technical projects from implementation through to operations
• Maintain client relationships and oversee contract follow-up
• Monitor and drive the financial performance of projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (engineering degree or similar)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working at the core of a SOC
• Experience with SOC solutions such as Splunk, Sekoia, Chronicle, Sentinel

  One, Microsoft Sentinel, Harfang

  Lab, Cortex, Terraform or Ansible (or equivalent technologies)
• Ability to manage complex environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English enabling engagement in an international context
