Service Delivery Director

Insight is hiring a Delivery Director.

At Insight, we help organizations accelerate their technology, data, and digital transformations at scale.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Delivery Director to build, structure, and scale our Delivery organization.

This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced professional who combines vision, operational excellence, and strong executive presence in complex, international environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high‑performing Delivery organization, aligned with Insight’s growth strategy.
• Design and deploy robust, scalable Delivery frameworks and operating models.
• Own overall Delivery performance, including governance, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction (NPS).
• Work in close partnership with Sales and Account teams, while remaining the guardian of Delivery excellence.
• Lead in a multi‑site, international environment, often involving offshore delivery.
• Act as a key executive partner for clients and senior leadership.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Proven experience building and scaling Delivery organizations, not just operating existing ones.
• Strong background in IT, Digital, Data, or Transformation environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in high‑growth and transformation contexts.
• Strong C‑level exposure with the ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders.
• Natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Comfortable navigating complex, international, and demanding environments.
• Native or fluent French is required, along with professional‑level English.
