September 2026 - M&A internship - Middle East and Africa (MEA) Team - Paris

We are seeking an intern for a 6‑month position starting September 2026, based in Paris, within Lazard’s Middle East & Africa team.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed sector and company research.
• Prepare presentations and business cases on specific situations.
• Conduct strategic and financial analysis.
• Assist the team in company valuations and financial modeling.

Requirements

• Prior experience in investment banking is required.
• Graduation or current study at a top‑tier business or engineering school.
• Ability to produce and present technically written materials and client pitches.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Curiosity, proactivity and attention to detail.
• Hard skills: excellent technical skills on Office Suite and professional investment banking tools (Bloomberg, FactSet).
• Proficiency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
