Dans le cadre d’une gouvernance éditoriale destinée à nourrir et animer la stratégie de communication de Seppic et à garantir une présence cohérente et de qualité sur l’ensemble de ses canaux de communication, vos missions consisteront principalement à coordonner, à programmer, à produire du contenu dans le respect de la charte éditoriale et graphique. Vous participerez également activement au déploiement d’actions et d’outils de communication interne. Cette mission se fera en collaboration avec l’équipe Communication, voire au-delà en fonction du contenu à produire (Innovation, RH...).

Au sein du service Communication vous serez rattaché.e à la Responsable Communication de Seppic et votre mission consistera à :****Responsabilités éditoriales****

• Animer le planning ligne éditorial défini par la communication institutionnelle, en lien avec la stratégie de communication.
• Coordonner, participer à et planifier la réalisation des contenus (vidéos, articles, interviews...)
• Participer et co-animer les comités éditoriaux****Communication Interne****
• Coordonner et suivre les plans de communication interne
• Coordonner et suivre le calendrier éditorial hebdomadaire de communication pour le site Intranet
• Participer à l’organisation d’événements internes****Communication Digitale****
• Animer les contenus corporate et leur mise en ligne sur le site Internet seppic.com
• Piloter les indicateurs clés de performance des outils digitaux afin d’orienter la stratégie de contenus sur le site Internet****Le mot du tuteur :****“Rejoindre l’équipe Communication de Seppic, c’est être intégré.e à de nombreux projets transverses de l’entreprise et faire preuve d’initiative. Vous maîtrisez les techniques et outils de communication internes et externes et avez connaissance des médias sociaux notamment dans le domaine digital.
