SEO Growth Lead — Hybrid, Global CRO Strategy

BlaBlaCar in Paris is seeking an Organic Growth lead to own and execute a comprehensive SEO, GEO and SMO strategy across our markets. You will manage a small team of two SEO specialists and align with product, engineering and marketing to drive CRO-driven conversions.

You will backlog and guide an engineering squad to deploy CRO, SEO/GEO and UX initiatives, run technical audits, lead A/B testing, and report on performance across six main sites and markets.
