In this pivotal role, you will drive our organic content strategy and execution, not only creating content but also leading and mentoring a future team of talented content writers. You will collaborate with the SEO Strategist, SEO Project Manager, and the broader marketing and product teams in Paris and Budapest to ensure content resonates with users, meets current SEO best practices, and fuels growth across our 50+ international markets and sub-brands. What You\'ll Do:

• Partner with the SEO Strategist to develop and refine comprehensive content strategies that align with SEO goals, user intent, and Cozycozy\'s brand voice across all 50+ markets and new thematic sites. You will shape the strategic direction of our content.
• Develop and execute a content strategy specifically for AI "answer engines". Create content easy for AI models to understand, synthesize, and present in conversational or summarized formats.
• Conduct research to understand how users\' travel queries are interpreted by AI models. Use these insights to optimize content and data, establishing Cozycozy as a primary source for travel information.
• Manage a growing team of SEO Content Specialists and Copy Writers. Provide guidance, feedback, workflows, and processes to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end production of high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including articles, guides, FAQs, accommodation descriptions, meta content, landing page copy, and other formats. Actively integrate and leverage AI tools for ideation, generation, optimization, and scaling, while managing content calendars, briefing writers, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee optimization of content for SEO and GEO performance, including on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings), internal linking, readability, and user engagement.
• Coordinate localization and transcreation for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy while maintaining SEO integrity.
• Drive content strategy and production for branded thematic sites, ensuring content is unique, authoritative, and optimized for launch.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush). Provide regular reports on content impact and data-backed recommendations.
• Implement and maintain rigorous content quality standards, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and alignment with brand guidelines, including when using AI tools.

What We\'re Looking For:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in content management or content marketing, with a strong focus on SEO-driven strategy and production for large, multi-market websites. Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a team of writers is essential.
• Deep understanding of how content contributes to SEO performance, including on-page optimization, gap analysis, intent matching, and content clustering.
• Practical understanding of how AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, SurferSEO, Clearscope) can be leveraged for ideation, creation, optimization, and scaling. Willingness to experiment and integrate these technologies into daily workflows.
• Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills in at least one language, with attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives while guiding others.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple content streams and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across teams and locations (Budapest & Paris).
