As part of our growth, we are hiring a SemiconductorComponentCharacterizationEngineer to support the design anddevelopmentof WBG devices for electrification applications. You will be responsible for setting up measurement plans, analyzing experimental results, and developing data processing tools to optimize component performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage wafer characterization campaigns using dedicated equipment.
• Ensurefirst-levelmaintenance and management ofmeasurementtools.
• Processcharacterizationdata andanalyzeresults.
• Collaboratecloselywiththe designteamtoshareinsights andimprovecomponent performance.
• Developtoolsfor dataprocessingand automation (Python scripts).
• Activelysupport simulation and validationactivities.

Job requirements

• Engineeringdegreeor PhD inelectronics,electricalengineering, or arelatedfield.
• 3 to 5yearsofexperiencein wafercharacterization,ideallyofanalogcomponents.
• Strongknowledgeof dataprocessingand automation (Python orequivalentlanguages).
• Autonomous,rigorous, and capable ofmanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneously.
• Strong communication, collaboration, andteamworkskills.
