Seller Success Manager Marketplace – CDI – Maisons du Monde

Maisons du Monde seeks an experienced Seller Success Manager to manage and develop our portfolio of partner brands on the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate a portfolio of approximately 200 partner brands.
• Develop their turnover and identify growth levers.
• Support sellers during commercial operations.
• Ensure product listings and visibility of new products.
• Handle support tickets through the seller support ticketing tool.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of the portfolio.
• Track quality indicators of partner brands and implement action plans to improve KPIs and service quality.
• Plan and run webinars for sellers, create supporting materials, and lead sessions.
• Write and distribute partner newsletters (news, best practices, updates).
• Enhance the seller support by drafting help articles.
• Participate in the launch and improvement of a seller chatbot.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate (Bac +3) or higher.
• Prior experience in account management or e‑commerce.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, with a strong interest in business analysis and development.
• Interest in the Maisons du Monde brand is a plus.
