PARIS, 75
il y a 1 jour

Back Market helps make tech reliable, affordable, and better than new. We are a global marketplace for refurbished devices, aiming to reduce our collective environmental impact by providing trustworthy, affordable tech with 92% less carbon emissions than new.

Job description

Back Market would be nothing without our valued Sellers, who provide our customers with all the latest refurbished products. The more we grow, the more new sellers we welcome, and that is where the Seller Lifecycle team, as part of the Sellers team, comes in. By collaborating with various departments within Back Market, we meet the needs of our sellers in the most efficient way possible while monitoring and improving their overall performance on the platform to take the refurbished industry to the next level.

As a Seller Mass-Account Manager Intern within the Seller Lifecycle team, you will work closely with our refurbishers and support them to offer customers the best products in terms of quality and price. You will focus on portfolio management with hundreds of accounts, data‑driven decision making, seller consulting, and cross‑functional business initiatives that directly impact our marketplace growth.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT)

  • Manage a large portfolio of sellers (refurbishers) at scale and drive the global sales and quality performance of the portfolio through strategic account management.

  • Transform raw data into business gold – analyze complex databases, identify KPI trends, and provide actionable insights that move the needle.

  • Lead cross‑functional strategic projects to develop and implement tailored solutions for our vendor ecosystem.

  • Drive Back Market's explosive growth by contributing to high‑stakes transversal projects (Black Friday campaigns, market diversification, new business initiatives, etc.).

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF

  • Looking for a 12‑month apprenticeship that offers real responsibility and strategic impact.

  • French and English fluency (C1 minimum) – because you'll be managing international seller relationships (bonus points for additional languages!).

  • Business‑savvy with analytical superpowers – ideally with previous commercial experience, especially in e‑commerce.

  • Excel master – pivot tables, data manipulation, and turning numbers into stories are your jam.

  • Salesforce experience is a huge plus – but we'll train the right candidate.

  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and a "get stuff done" mentality.

  • Natural collaborator who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

  • Starting date: September 2026.

  • Duration: 12 months (until August/September 2027).

  • Ideally a rhythm of 3 or 4 days at work and 1‑2 days at school within the week.

  • Location: Paris, France.

  • Contract: You must already be enrolled in a Work‑study program in a French school (contrat d’alternance/d’apprentissage).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Video‑call HR interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min).

  • Live Business Case Study and Skills Fit Interview with your future manager (45min).

  • Cultural Fit Interview with another member of the team (30min).
