Responsibilities

• Participate in defining the purchasing strategy for the IT segment and communicate it to country correspondents.
• Initiate global tenders, ensuring all needs of various countries or specifiers are considered and govern the process up to implementation.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing processes and the supplier panel established with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare the annual budget for your scope.
• Monitor actions and suppliers using indicators to measure and optimize policy results.
• Track developments in the market and solutions in your segments and markets.

About you

• Master’s degree in Purchasing.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Buyer in the IT/Telecom sector in an international context.
• Negotiating skills with a customer‑and results‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in French and English.
