This CGS role will manage all aspects of physical security at the Corning sites in Bagneaux-sur-Loing and Avon (Île-de-France Region), with a solid-line report to the CGS EMEA Regional Security Manager, and dotted lines to the respective site leaders.\n\n

General Responsibilities\n\n

Lead and improve the physical security processes and systems that protect Corning’s people and property in Bagneaux and Avon, including access management, perimeter and building security, and the detection, investigation, and resolution of security incidents ;

Manage guardforce teams and vendor relationships while validating consistent alignment with Corning Values and CGS standards ;

Establish and maintain partnerships with site leaders to anticipate operational requirements, establish funding expectations, and ensure project design and execution conformity with security policies ;

Build a positive security culture among all site personnel through effective training and clear expectations, helping to ensure a safe space to invent, make, and sell.\n\n
