1. Implement Physical Security Management System

• Drive data center on-site operations, facilities, and related teams to implement the physical security management system.

2. Enhance Security Awareness & Skills

• Improve on-site security team's awareness and skills through training, drills, and testing to meet job requirements and ensure local physical security.

3. Conduct Security Inspections

• Perform comprehensive security inspections of the data center, identify potential risks and hazards in a timely manner, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

4. Support Major Events & Incidents

• Ensure effective implementation of security control measures during major events and incidents.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Degree Requirement: Full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification and above.
• Major Requirement: Property Management, Security Technology, or related fields.

Work Experience

• Industry Experience: At least 1 year of security-related experience in property management or a similar field.
• Total Work Experience: At least 3 years.

Skills & Expertise

• Knowledge of security management, including personnel security (man-guarding), technical security, and emergency response.

Core Competencies

• Communication Skills: Clear articulation, smooth expression, and logical thinking.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong organizational and management abilities; capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to implement security policies.
