Security & CSR Sect. Head

Job Description Summary :

Responsible for the implementation of the security management system at Refinery Belawan & Bulking, and for the execution of the Company’s CSR activities.

Job Description :

• Plan, implement, and review performance targets (time, quality, cost, profitability) with strong teamwork.

• Make timely and accurate decisions; ensure effective coordination and customer satisfaction (internal & external).

• Contribute to and be responsible for improving company profitability.

• Ensure projects/activities meet objectives in time, quality, and cost through proactive initiatives and proper reporting.

• Direct business processes using standard formats and internal/external benchmarking.

• Develop, empower, and plan human resources, including anticipating future needs.

• Define clear job descriptions and KPIs (BSC/KPI) and ensure performance evaluation implementation.

• Apply quality, safety, and environmental management systems effectively (e.g., ISO, SMK3, RSPO).

• Ensure implementation of Smart D Safe.

• Develop subordinates in line with company and business needs.

• Maintain confidentiality of company data and financial transactions.

Job requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or FMCG industries.

• Experience in strategic planning, target implementation, and performance management (BSC/KPI).

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Knowledge and experience in implementing quality, environmental, and OHS management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3, GMP, etc.).

• Understanding of data governance, confidentiality of information, and financial transactions.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and high integrity.
