Security Compliance, Lead (Cybersecurity): Managing the cybersecurity compliance program and guiding the company toward obtaining the certifications necessary for business development with an accent on Information Security Management System. Focus on coordinating all parties and preparing for audits.

What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive cybersecurity compliance program.
• Define and maintain the Information Security Management System.
• Manage the global planning for cybersecurity compliance, for internal reviews and external audits.
• Deliver cybersecurity training and inform each stakeholder of how they should contribute to compliance projects.
• Coordinate all parties who must provide evidence to demonstrate proper compliance and prepare for audits.
• Participate in risk assessment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of managing cybersecurity compliance program.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity guidelines and standards (ISO27001, SOC2, HDS, SecNumCloud, C5).
• Understanding of cybersecurity regulation (NIS2, CRA, LPM, DORA).
• Understanding of regulation related to sensitive (II901) or classified information (IGI1300).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
