Security Automation Engineer at Contentsquare. About the role Contentsquare is seeking a Junior Security Automation Engineer to join the DevSecOps team. You will report to a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and focus on shifting security from manual tasks to automated workflows to protect our global SaaS platform.

What you'll do

• Build and orchestrate AI agent workflows using LLMs to scan and validate vulnerabilities in infrastructure and code.
• Create and maintain automation scripts for security tools, including SAST, DAST, and CSPM integrations within CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate the tracking and reporting of vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Use results from security audits and penetration tests to develop new automated detection rules.
• Document workflows and mentor engineering teams on secure-by-default practices.

Requirements

• Master degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
• 0 to 3 years of experience, including internships or work-study programs, in backend development, security engineering, or DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python.
• Understanding of security fundamentals such as IAM, TLS, public key encryption, and the OWASP Top 10.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• An automate-first mindset and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI, LLM, or MCP APIs into custom scripts or automated workflows.
• Exposure to Google SecOps, Crowdstrike, Datadog ASM, NestJS, Vue.js, or Angular.
