Security and Maintenance Area Manager

Overview

Accountable for the safety policy defined by Castorama. Coordinates with members of the store Management Committee. Ensures the safety of people and property in compliance with applicable regulations. Manages administrative follow-up and reporting related to safety and maintenance. Contributes to the development of the safety and maintenance budget. Proposes prevention and training programs. Raises awareness and trains employees in risk prevention. Acts as a point of contact for employees and local authorities.

Requirements

• Qualification in Hygiene/Safety and/or Fire Safety (SSIAP 2 or 3)
• Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3 or equivalent) with significant experience in a similar role
