Seattle Staff Accountant — AP & Payroll Support
NWIRP seeks a full-time Staff Accountant
to join our Finance Team based in our Seattle office. Our dedicated team of four is the backbone of financial support for all four offices of our organization, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
A minimum two-year commitment to the position is expected.
The Staff Accountant will primarily manage accounts payable while supporting other accounting functions on an accrual basis as needed. Responsibilities include processing payments to suppliers, contractors, and employee reimbursements, along with providing assistance in payroll operations. Proficiency in payroll processing software, SAP Concur, and MIP accounting software is highly desirable.
NWIRP seeks a full-time Staff Attorney to work in the Impact Litigation Unit, based out of our Seattle office.
The selected applicant must be available to start as soon as possible , and a minimum two year commitment is expected.
As an attorney in the Impact Litigation Unit, you will collaborate with a team of attorneys and advocates on federal court litigation, including cases aimed at achieving systemic changes in national immigration laws, policies, and practices. You will also provide direct representation to NWIRP clients in various immigration protection matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). You may also be assigned other immigration-related work. This position may require evening and weekend hours.
NWIRP seeks two full-time bilingual Staff Attorneys to join our Wenatchee office.
Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish, and additional languages are encouraged.
The applicants must be able to start the position as soon as possible. A minimum two-year commitment to the position is expected.
As a staff attorney, you will offer direct representation, individual consultations, and community outreach and education to immigrant community members seeking immigration protections before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and immigration courts. You may also handle additional immigration matters, including cases involving individuals in immigration detention. One of the staff attorney positions will focus primarily on conducting intakes and determining potential clients’ eligibility for immigration relief (Intake Staff Attorney).

You may also handle additional immigration matters, including cases involving individuals in immigration detention.

As a staff attorney, you will offer direct representation, individual consultations, and community outreach and education to immigrant community members seeking immigration protections before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and immigration courts. Focuses of this position will be applications for naturalization and for family-based immigration, but the work will also include other types of immigration representation, including removal defense in the immigration courts. You may also handle additional immigration matters, including cases involving individuals in immigration detention.
