What will the role involve?

As a receptionist you will create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with our Front Office team to deliver a consistent and outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

This is a full‑time role working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends on a rota basis), 35 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Seasonal colleagues join us from June until mid‑December.

Qualifications and Experience

• Active and enthusiastic with a welcoming and friendly nature.
• Previous experience working in Front Office as a Receptionist in a luxury four‑ or five‑star hotel.
• Strong computer skills, confidently navigating hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Opera highly desirable.
• A valid driving licence (required for driving guests between our two hotels in Guernsey).
• Passion, willingness to go above and beyond, pride in delivering consistently high standards, and attention to detail.
