Mission: Missions and Responsibilities: – Organize and lead agile ceremonies for the various PRODUCT teams (Sprint planning, Sprint review, retrospectives) – Participate in backlog refinement – Support Product Owners and development teams in achieving sprint goals – Operational management – Implement indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement – Serve as the primary point of contact between the DEV teams and various stakeholders: BA, OPS, PO, PM – Identify obstacles, implement corrective actions, and ensure reporting – Contribute to agile change management and scaling (SAFe) deployment – Foster collaboration between technical and business teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical agile environment. Leadership, coaching skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Customer service oriented, ability to unite and support teams. Autonomy, rigor, and organization.**Work location:** Europe
