Shift, OAuth2… **MISSIONS**Assign the role of Scrum Master to one or more product teams. Support the teams in their agile development. Ensure the smooth flow of Scrum rituals, backlog management, and performance measurement (burndown, capacity, etc.). Contribute to cross-functional coordination with technical, functional, and operational teams. Secure the roadmap (business and technical) within a strategic context for the digital customer experience.

Strong Scrum (expert) and Scaled Agile (SAFe) expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Natural leadership and team coaching abilities. Knowledge of development methodologies and tools. Experience in continuous improvement environments. Proficient in JIRA and Confluence. Ability to analyze project risks and plan associated actions.

Technical skills: Knowledge of Agile methodologies: SAFe, Kanban, Scrum. Significant experience with SAP Commerce Cloud. Experience in Build & Run environments. Understanding of e-commerce challenges and web platforms.

Other requirements: Mandatory prior training: SAFe. Personal phone required (security application). Digital Responsibility awareness (INR MOOC) recommended.**Work location:** Europe
