Scrum Master

Digisourced Ltd is supporting an international technology programme and is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a multi-geography team.

Working Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite

Experience: 8+ years overall, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SAFe
• Experience working with international and multicultural teams
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience supporting teams across multiple geographies
• Professional English at C1 level

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Previous experience within complex international programmes

You will support Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, help remove blockers and promote effective collaboration across distributed teams and stakeholders.
