Scala JVM Backend Support Engineer - Incident Response

Madfish is seeking a Technical Application Support Engineer to provide backup coverage for our platform and related workflows. The successful candidate will support internal APIs, investigate production issues, and work with teams across India, Europe, and the US.

The role requires a strong understanding of REST APIs, hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Proficiency with observability tools such as Kibana and Grafana is preferred.
