Job Description

We are looking for a Conducteur de travaux VRD H/F for our activity deployment. Under the supervision of the branch manager, you will be the orchestrator of VRD/Terrassement sites, ensuring project delivery in terms of technique, safety, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize: develop schedules, manage human and material resources, and establish preliminary budgets.
• Track and optimize: monitor progress, manage finances, and analyze deviations between forecasts and actual results.
• Coordinate and lead: supervise teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with QSHE directives.
• Develop and maintain: cultivate relationships of trust with clients, partners, and local stakeholders.

• Technical: devise innovative solutions to enhance project performance.
• Management: mobilize and support teams for effective work dynamics.
• Management & Optimization: drive budget and guarantee project profitability.
• Relationship & Commercial: represent the company and build a solid stakeholder network.
• SSE: ensure health, safety, and environmental conditions on site (SSE welcomes, SSE quarter sessions, daily SSE management, waste handling, potential pollution control).

Qualifications

Profile sought

You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a public works environment. Preferred qualifications include:

• Higher education in public works (Bac+3 minimum) or equivalent experience.
• Confirmed experience (5+ years) in a similar management position or in site supervision, with mandatory public works expertise.
• Mastery of the technical, regulatory, and financial aspects of public works projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with respect and rigor.
• Organizational sense, autonomy, responsiveness, proactive initiative.
• Good knowledge of the local landscape of Hauts de France.
